研究目的：

本研究通过回顾性收集临床资料，比较桑枝总生物碱片（>=24周）与阿卡波糖（>=24周）对2型糖尿病患者内脏脂肪面积、人体成分、糖脂代谢及药物安全性的影响，旨在评估桑枝总生物碱片在改善腹部内脏脂肪及人体成分方面的临床价值，为其临床应用提供循证医学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study retrospectively collected clinical data to compare the effects of Ramulus Mori (Sangzhi) alkaloids (SZ-A) (for >=24 weeks) versus acarbose (for >=24 weeks) on visceral fat area, body composition, glucose and lipid metabolism, and drug safety in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. The aim is to evaluate the clinical value of Ramulus Mori (Sangzhi) alkaloids in reducing abdominal visceral fat and improving body composition, thereby providing evidence‑based medical evidence for its clinical application.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. I型糖尿病、妊娠期糖尿病或其他特殊类型糖尿病； 2. 用药期间更换过α-糖苷酶抑制剂（如从阿卡波糖换为SZ-A，或反之），或用药依从性差（病历中明确记录停药或换药）； 3. 合并严重心、肝、肾功能不全（NYHA III/IV级，ALT/AST＞2.5×ULN，eGFR＜60 ml/min），恶性肿瘤，或重大手术、创伤； 4. 妊娠或哺乳期女性； 5. 正在使用减肥药、全身糖皮质激素等影响体重的药物； 6. 关键数据缺失（如基线VFA或24周VFA缺失）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Type 1 diabetes, gestational diabetes, or other specific types of diabetes; 2. Switched α-glucosidase inhibitors during medication (e.g., from acarbose to SZ-A, or vice versa), or poor medication compliance (explicitly documented discontinuation or switching in medical records); 3. Complicated with severe heart, liver, or kidney dysfunction (NYHA class III/IV, ALT/AST > 2.5×ULN, eGFR < 60 ml/min), malignant tumors, or major surgery or trauma; 4. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 5. Currently using weight-affecting drugs such as weight-loss medications or systemic corticosteroids; 6. Key data missing (e.g., baseline VFA or 24-week VFA missing).
