Objectives of Study：

Investigating the Ameliorative Effect of Bifidobacterium longum on Anxiety and Depression-like Behaviors Induced by Gastrointestinal Diseases

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.分组排除标准： （1）UC组：合并克罗恩病、肠结核、结直肠癌等其他肠道器质性疾病；正在服用抗抑郁/抗焦虑药物或诊断有原发性精神疾病；合并严重心、肝、肾功能不全或其他自身免疫性疾病；妊娠期或哺乳期妇女。 （2）健康受试者组：有IBD、IBS等消化道疾病史；有焦虑症、抑郁症病史或近1个月经历重大应激事件；有代谢性疾病、肿瘤病史；近期有饮酒或吸烟等不良生活习惯。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Exclusion Criteria by Group: (1) UC Group: Comorbid Crohn's disease, intestinal tuberculosis, colorectal cancer, or other organic intestinal diseases; currently taking antidepressants/anti-anxiety medications or diagnosed with primary mental illness; comorbid severe heart, liver, or kidney insufficiency or other autoimmune diseases; pregnant or lactating women. (2) Healthy Subject Group: History of digestive tract diseases such as IBD or IBS; history of anxiety, depression, or significant stressful events in the past month; history of metabolic diseases or tumors; recent unhealthy lifestyle habits such as alcohol consumption or smoking.
