研究目的：

探讨泌尿外科经尿道手术后苏醒期躁动的危险因素及预测模型构建。

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the risk factors and constructing a prediction model for emergence agitation after transurethral urological surgery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.膀胱功能异常：包括经超声或尿流动力学证实的膀胱流出道梗阻、膀胱过度活动症（排尿频率>8次/24h或>3次/夜）、或神经源性膀胱功能异常（如因脊髓损伤、糖尿病神经病变等所致）； 2.存在严重认知障碍（如各类痴呆）、精神疾病史（如抑郁症、焦虑症、精神分裂症）或沟通障碍，无法配合完成术后评估； 3.合并严重感觉障碍（如失明、失聪）或意识障碍（如昏迷）； 4.有慢性疼痛史或药物（包括阿片类等）滥用史。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Bladder dysfunction: including bladder outlet obstruction confirmed by ultrasound or urodynamics, overactive bladder (voiding frequency >8 times/24h or >3 times/night), or neurogenic bladder dysfunction (e.g., due to spinal cord injury, diabetic neuropathy, etc.); 2.Presence of severe cognitive impairment (e.g., various types of dementia), history of psychiatric disorders (e.g., depression, anxiety disorder, schizophrenia), or communication disorders that prevented cooperation with postoperative assessment; 3.Concomitant severe sensory impairment (e.g., blindness, deafness) or disturbance of consciousness (e.g., coma); 4.History of chronic pain or history of substance abuse (including opioids, etc.).

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	纸质病例报告表（CRF）将用于系统地记录参与者的基本信息、治疗过程和数据收集。作为物理备份，纸质通用报告格式将确保在电子系统发生故障时保留数据，并便于将来参考或审查。为了确保数据的完整性和准确性，同时提供一种安全高效的数据管理方法，本研究将使用电子病例报告表（eCRF），该报告表集成到DAP软件（北京）有限公司有限公司开发的电子数据捕获（EDC）系统中。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	The paper case report form (CRF) will be used to systematically record participants' basic information, treatment processes, and data collection. As a physical backup, the paper CRF will ensure data is preserved in case of electronic system failures and will facilitate future reference or review. To ensure data integrity and accuracy while providing a secure and efficient method for data management, this study will use electronic case report forms (eCRFs) integrated into an Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system developed by DAP Software (Beijing) Co. Ltd.
