（1）构建基于微信小程序的头颈肿瘤患者术后吞咽康复训练模式。 （2）评价基于微信小程序的吞咽康复训练模式在头颈肿瘤术后患者中的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To construct a swallowing rehabilitation training model for head and neck tumor patients after surgery based on a WeChat mini-program. (2) To evaluate the effectiveness of the swallowing rehabilitation training model based on a WeChat mini-program in head and neck tumor patients after surgery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①存在复发癌症或癌转移；②头颈肿瘤以外原因导致吞咽功能受损者；③不知晓自己的病情者；④伴有严重心、肺、肝、肾等重要脏器功能不全，或患有其他严重躯体疾病，难以完成研究者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with recurrent cancer or cancer metastasis; 2. Those with impaired swallowing function due to reasons other than head and neck tumors; 3. Those who are unaware of their condition; 4. Those with severe dysfunction of important organs such as the heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys, or other serious physical diseases that make it difficult to complete the study;

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1.病例报告表/电子数据记录 评估计划： （1）基线调查：术前一天由病房护士发放量表和收集数据，患者填写后由护士当场回收，并检查有无缺项等问题。 （2）干预效果调查：患者经口进食第1天、出院后2周、出院后1个月、出院后2个月、出院后3个月复诊时由门诊护士发放量表和收集数据，患者填写完毕后由门诊护士回收，同时门诊护士检查量表填写是否完整，指导患者填写完整，若患者不能按时复查由门诊护士打电话完成数据收集。 2.数据管理 在检查整理后对回收的调查问卷进行编码，用Excel进行数据录入，经双人录入后进行逻辑检错，对20%的问卷进行录入抽查，保证数据库数据与原始数据的一致性。对于漏题比例达1/3的问卷进行删除，对于选择单一选项的问卷进行可疑问卷标注，单独纳入分析，观察结果差异，若存在结果差异，说明问卷有效性较差，需进行删除。所有问卷和知情同意书都被锁在文件柜中，钥匙由研究者保管。分析用的转录文本和数据文件安全地存储在有密码保护的电脑中，密码由研究者保管。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1. Case Report Forms/Electronic Data RecordsAssessment Plan:(1) Baseline Survey: The ward nurse distributes the questionnaires and collects data one day before surgery. Patients complete the questionnaires, which are then collected by the nurse on the spot, and any missing items are checked.(2) Intervention Effect Survey: The outpatient nurse distributes the questionnaires and collects data at follow-up visits on day 1 of oral feeding, 2 weeks after discharge, 1 month after discharge, 2 months after discharge, and 3 months after discharge. Patients complete the questionnaires, which are then collected by the outpatient nurse. The outpatient nurse checks the completeness of the questionnaires and guides patients to complete them. If a patient cannot attend the follow-up visit on time, the outpatient nurse will call to complete the data collection.2. Data ManagementAfter review and organization, the collected questionnaires are coded, and data is entered into Excel. Logical error checking is performed after double-entry data entry. 20% of the questionnaires are randomly checked to ensure consistency between the database data and the original data. Questionnaires with a leak rate of 1/3 or higher were deleted. Questionnaires with only one option were marked as suspicious and included in separate analyses to observe differences in results. If differences existed, it indicated poor questionnaire validity, and these questionnaires needed to be deleted. All questionnaires and informed consent forms were locked in filing cabinets, with the keys kept by the researchers. Transcripts and data files used for analysis were securely stored on password-protected computers, with the passwords kept by the researchers.
