研究目的：

1.分析屈光手术中心患者在手术决策过程中存在的典型行为偏差，如“现状偏好”、“损失厌恶”、“信息过载”、“延迟满足”等； 2.基于行为经济学理论设计干预机制，如信息重构、默认选项、同伴引导、时间限制等； 3.通过随机平行对照试验，评估行为干预（对照组：接受屈光手术中心常规术前咨询流程；VS干预组：在常规咨询基础上，叠加行为经济学干预措施。）对患者60天内手术转化率（是否完成手术）、决策效率、术前依从性及术后满意度的影响； 4.建立一套适用于屈光手术中心的“行为决策优化模型”，为患者提供更具人性化的决策支持系统。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Analyze typical behavioral biases exhibited by patients in the decision-making process at refractive surgery centers, such as "status quo bias," "loss aversion," "information overload," and "delayed gratification." 2. Design intervention mechanisms based on behavioral economics theories, including information restructuring, default options, peer guidance, and time constraints. 3. Evaluate the impact of behavioral interventions on the rate of surgical conversion (whether surgery is completed within 60 days), decision-making efficiency, preoperative compliance, and postoperative satisfaction through a randomized parallel controlled trial (control group: receiving the standard preoperative consultation process at the refractive surgery center; intervention group: receiving behavioral economics interventions in addition to the standard consultation). 4. Establish a "behavioral decision optimization model" suitable for refractive surgery centers to provide patients with a more human-centered decision support system.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.明确不符合屈光手术适应证者； 2.既往接受过屈光手术； 3.合并严重眼表疾病或其他影响决策独立性的眼病； 4.存在严重精神或认知障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Clearly do not meet the indications for refractive surgery; 2.Have previously undergone refractive surgery; 3.Have severe ocular surface diseases or other eye conditions that could affect independent decision-making, 4.Suffer from severe mental or cognitive impairments.
