研究目的:

本研究核心目标是通过酶化石核心干预法,以验证其对术后残石清除及复发预防的临床价值,从而为复发性草酸钙结石术后患者提供有效的监测管理方案。  

Objectives of Study:

The core objective of this study is to verify the clinical value of the enzyme fossil core intervention method in the removal of residual stones and the prevention of recurrence after surgery, thereby providing an effective monitoring and management plan for patients with recurrent calcium oxalate stones after surgery.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 结石成分分析明确为感染性结石; 2. 合并肾功能不全(eGFR < 60)的患者; 3. 患者合并有肠道疾病影响草酸吸收; 4. 患者不愿或无法签署知情同意书,拒绝参与本研究。

Exclusion criteria:

1. The composition of the stones is confirmed to be infectious stones; 2. Patients with renal insufficiency (eGFR < 60); 3. Patients with intestinal diseases affecting oxalate absorption; 4. Patients who are unwilling or unable to sign the informed consent form and refuse to participate in this study.
