本研究旨在探讨一种针对慢性呼吸系统疾病肺部微生态失衡的干预新策略,与当前临床常用药物进行对比,评估其临床疗效与安全性。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to explore a new intervention strategy for the imbalance of pulmonary microecology in chronic respiratory diseases, compare it with the commonly used drugs in current clinical practice, and evaluate its clinical efficacy and safety.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 合并严重的心、肝、肾等重要脏器功能不全; 2. 长期口服或近期(4周内)使用过糖皮质激素或免疫抑制剂; 3. 存在认知障碍或精神疾病,无法配合研究或治疗; 4. 对研究用药或干预措施有禁忌症或过敏史。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Severe dysfunction of vital organs such as the heart, liver, and kidneys; 2. Long-term oral administration or recent (within 4 weeks) use of glucocorticoids or immunosuppressants; 3. Presence of cognitive impairment or mental illness, unable to cooperate with the study or treatment; 4. Contraindications or allergy history to the study medication or intervention measures.

新研发的干预措施 + 临床现有治疗方案(包括细菌溶解产物胶囊 7.0mg/粒,qd,口服,每月连用 10 天,连续使用 3 个月为一疗程;阿奇霉素 0.25g/片,qd,口服,3-5 天;COPD 二联/三联疗法;支扩常规治疗;哮喘控制不佳治疗方案等)
