本研究旨在探讨上肢机器人辅助治疗（RT）结合虚拟现实（VR）的短期治疗对亚急性脑卒中患者康复的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed to examine the effects of short-term upper limb robot-assisted therapy (RT) combined with virtual reality (VR) for the rehabilitation of sub-acute stroke patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1) 药物滥用或有癫痫; 2) 肩肘腕关节的疼痛; 3) 认知障碍; 4) 以前患过脑梗塞; 5) 神经功能缺损

Exclusion criteria：

1) drug abuse or epilepsy;
2) painful arthritis of the elbow, wrist, or finger joints;
3) impaired cognition;
4) former stroke; or
5) severe neuropsychologic impairments;
7) with spasticity of the eElbow and wrist joints of the uUpper limb are not spasticity (Ashworth Scale<2);
8) with visual problems.
