评估培训评定支持体系在老挝的可行性（招募率、完成率、依从性、满意度），初步估算技能保留率的效应量，为正式RCT提供样本量依据检验考核工具及实施流程的可操作性

Objectives of Study：

Assess the feasibility of the training evaluation and support system in Laos (recruitment rate, completion rate, compliance, satisfaction),preliminarily estimate the effect size of skill retention rate to provide a basis for sample size in the formal RCT,examine the operability of the assessment tools and implementation processes.

排除标准：

1.过去1年内接受过情景模拟教学培训者； 2.非临床岗位（如行政、供应室等）； 3. 计划在半年内离职、退休或离开现岗位者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who have received scenario-based teaching training within the past one year; 2. Those not in clinical positions (such as administrative staff, supply room staff, etc.); 3. Those planning to leave the current position, retire or change jobs within half a year.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	本研究将采用纸质报告表采集数据，它将包含培训者的人口学信息、考核成绩、干预措施记录及可行性指标等全部研究变量。数据将由两名研究员独立双录入至Excel数据库，并进行交叉核对。原始纸质文件存放于带锁文件柜，电子数据库存放于密码保护的专用电脑并定期备份，数据存储期限为5年。将制定数据核查计划进行逻辑核查与异常值处理，并采用编码表对分组信息进行盲态管理。数据访问仅限于主要研究者及授权管理员。研究发表后，可在合理请求下共享去标识化的个体参与者数据。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	This study will use paper-based report forms to collect data, which will include all research variables such as the demographic information of the trainers, assessment scores, intervention records, and feasibility indicators. The data will be independently double-entered by two researchers into an Excel database and cross-checked. The original paper documents will be stored in a locked filing cabinet, and the electronic database will be kept on a password-protected dedicated computer with regular backups. The data will be stored for five years. A data verification plan will be developed to conduct logical checks and handle outliers, and a coding table will be used to manage the group information in a blinded manner. Data access will be limited to the principal investigator and authorized administrators. After the study is published, de-identified individual participant data can be shared upon reasonable request.
