研究目的：

以课题组前期研究中构建的风险预测模型为基础，基于循证，结合德尔菲专家函询法，构建PPCs分级管理方案，并开展实证研究，评价临床应用效果，形成从早期筛选-分析-精准干预的连续性管理  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the risk prediction model developed in the research team’s previous study, and informed by evidence-based practice and the Delphi expert consultation method, a graded management program for postoperative pulmonary complications (PPCs) was developed and empirically evaluated to assess its clinical effectiveness, thereby establishing a continuous management pathway from early screening and analysis to precise intervention.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.术前已有肺部感染、ARDS等； 2.合并其他严重疾病（如心力衰竭、肝肾功能不全）； 3.术后转入ICU者； 4.各种原因导致沟通障碍； 5.拒绝参与本研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Preoperative pulmonary infection, ARDS, or other related conditions; 2. Severe comorbidities, such as heart failure or hepatic or renal insufficiency; 3. Postoperative admission to the ICU; 4. Communication impairment due to any cause; 5. Unwillingness to participate in this study.
