研究目的：

1. 综合比较肝功能储备的"金标准"吲哚菁绿（ICG）清除试验和其他的肝功能评级如临床指标的叠加如CPT评分，识别与肝硬化患者疾病严重程度相关的呼出气挥发性有机化合物（VOCs）特征，并评估基于基线VOCs数据构建的评估模型对肝硬化患者疾病严重程度的判别效能。 2. 基于基线及前瞻性随访（6个月）获得的VOCs数据，分析相关特征VOCs的动态变化趋势，探究其与肝硬化患者临床预后的关联性，并评估这些代谢标志物变化与临床预后指标的一致性及其在预测疾病进展或结局中的应用潜力。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Conduct a comprehensive comparison of the “gold standard” indocyanine green (ICG) clearance test for hepatic function reserve with other liver function assessments, such as clinical indicators like the CPT score, to identify characteristics of exhaled volatile organic compounds (VOCs) associated with the severity of disease in patients with cirrhosis, and evaluate the discriminative power of an assessment model built based on baseline VOCs data for determining the severity of disease in cirrhosis patients. 2. Analyze the dynamic trends of relevant characteristic VOCs based on VOCs data obtained from baseline and prospective follow-up (6 months) to explore their associations with the clinical prognosis of patients with cirrhosis, and assess the consistency of these metabolic markers’ changes with clinical prognostic indicators, as well as their potential applications in predicting disease progression or outcomes.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 急性肝衰竭； 2. TIPS 术后； 3. 合并严重心肺肾功能不全或恶性肿瘤； 4. 合并HIV 感染； 5. 妊娠或哺乳期； 6. 碘过敏； 7. 过敏体质； 8. 低氧血症不能纠正； 9. 生命体征不稳定； 10. 活动性消化道出血； 11. 不能安静配合检查的情况； 12. 研究者认为不适合纳入研究；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Acute liver failure;
2. Post-TIPS surgery;
3. Comorbidity with severe cardiopulmonary or renal dysfunction or malignant tumors;
4. Comorbidity with HIV infection;
5. Pregnancy or lactation;
6. Hypersensitivity to iodine;
7. Allergic constitution;
8. Uncorrectable hypoxemia;
9. Unstable vital signs;
10. Active gastrointestinal bleeding;
11. Inability to remain still during examinations;
12. The investigator deems the individual unsuitable for inclusion in the study.
