本研究聚焦于智能 CHD 预测模型的构建,通过融合临床数据与优化算法逻辑,为支撑临床决策、实施有效护理干预和改善患者预后提供坚实的科学依据。通过识别关键危险因素,实现精准的护理分诊,辅助医护人员为 CHD 患者制定个体化的干预决策与优化治疗方案,进一步推动心血管病学迈向精准医疗。  

Objectives of Study:

This study focuses on the construction of an intelligent CHD prediction model, providing a solid scientific basis for supporting clinical decision-making, implementing effective nursing interventions, and improving patient prognosis by integrating clinical data with optimized algorithmic logic. By identifying key risk factors, accurate nursing triage can be achieved, assisting healthcare professionals in formulating individualized intervention decisions and optimizing treatment plans for CHD patients, further advancing cardiology toward precision medicine.

排除标准:

1. 关键信息缺失(ID、诊断结果、年龄等); 2. 核心指标缺失(血压、血脂、血糖等); 3. 数据异常(如 BMI < 15 或 > 50 等超出医学合理范围); 4. 重复记录或未成年人(< 18 岁)。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Missing key information (ID, diagnosis results, age, etc.); 2. Missing core indicators (blood pressure, blood lipids, blood sugar, etc.); 3. Data abnormalities (such as BMI < 15 or > 50, exceeding medically reasonable ranges); 4. Duplicate records or minors (< 18 years old).
