研究目的：

通过对比需手术清创的 BRONJ 患者废弃坏死骨组织与骨性III类错颌畸形正颌手术废弃正常骨组织，系统分析双膦酸盐用药对人骨内血管分子、炎症-NETs 分子及成骨分子表达的影响，验证“血管稀少-炎症（NETs）亢进-成骨受阻”的动物发现是否同样存在于人类骨坏死样本。

Objectives of Study：

By comparing discarded necrotic bone tissue from BRONJ patients requiring surgical debridement with discarded normal bone tissue from patients undergoing orthognathic surgery for skeletal Class III malocclusion, this study systematically analyzes the impact of bisphosphonate administration on the expression of angiogenic molecules, inflammation-NETs molecules and osteogenic molecules in human bone, and verifies whether the animal-derived finding of "reduced angiogenesis - excessive inflammation (NETs) - impaired osteogenesis" also exists in human osteonecrosis samples.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 头颈部放疗史； 2. 颌骨原发/转移肿瘤； 3. 3 年内抗血管靶向治疗； 4.长期糖皮质激素（>=3 月且等效泼尼松>=7.5 mg/日或累计>1 g）； 5.糖尿病； 6. 近 4 周连续 NSAIDs/COX-2 抑制剂>7 天。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of head and neck radiotherapy; 2. Primary or metastatic tumors in the jaw; 3. Anti-angiogenic targeted therapy within 3 years; 4. Long-term use of glucocorticoids (>= 3 months and equivalent prednisone >= 7.5 mg/day or cumulative > 1 g); 5. Diabetes; 6. Continuous use of NSAIDs/COX-2 inhibitors for more than 7 days for the past 4 weeks.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	This study uses a standardized Case Report Form (CRF) to collect patients' clinical baseline information, bisphosphonate medication history, surgical information and other data. All data are entered by specially-assigned persons and verified by double check, and stored and managed through the Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Army Medical University to ensure the authenticity, completeness and traceability of the data.
