研究目的：

Objectives of Study：

Using high-resolution nuclear magnetic technique to observe the effects of liraglutide on visceral function and lipid distribution in type 2 diabetes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.肝功能受损（定义为血浆丙氨酸转氨酶[ALT]高出正常上限2.5倍）；
2.中度和重度肾功能不全（定义为 MDRD eGFR [应用MDRD公式计算的肾小球滤过率]<60ml/min/1.73m2）；
3.每周酒精摄入量>14个单位的女性或每周酒精摄入量>21个单位的男性；
4.具有任何肝病史（包括代谢性、自身免疫性肝病或病毒性肝炎）；
5.甲状腺髓样癌 (MTC) 或2 型多发性内分泌腺瘤病 (MEN-2) 病史或家族史；
6.充血性心力衰竭（NYHA 分级为 III~IV 级）；
7.严重的胃肠道疾病；
8.怀孕或计划怀孕；
9.具有明确的增殖性视网膜病变或黄斑病变且经研究者确定必须进行紧急治疗；使用非草药性中药或其他地方性药物进行治疗且药物成分不详。如果研究者认为可以，试验全程可维持原有中草药或其他地方性草药的剂量。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Impaired liver function, defined as plasma alanine transaminase(ALT) >2.5 times of upper normal limit;
2. Moderate and severe renal insufficiency defined as MDRD eGFR<60ml/min/1.73m2;
3. Weekly alcohol intake>14 units for women or >21 units for men;
4. Any history of liver disease including metabolic or auto-immune liver diseases or viral hepatitis;
5. History or family history of medullary thyroid cancer(MTC), or multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2(MEN-2);
6. Congestive heart failure(NYHA III~IV);
7. Severe gastric-intestinal diseases;
8. Pregnancy or intention of becoming pregnant;
9. Known proliferative retinopathy or maculopathy requiring acute treatment as judged by the Investigator; Use of non-herbal Chinese medicine or other non-herbal local medicine with unknown/unspecified content. Herbal traditional Chinese medicine or other local herbal medicines may, at the Investigators discretion, be continued throughout the trial at an unchanged dose.
