研究目的：

探讨在致POD形成因素（开腹手术、衰老、LPS）处理条件下，胶质细胞中KLF5-GPNMB-STING信号轴的异常激活介导神经炎症、触发POD形成的分子机制，为早期预防、诊断和靶向治疗POD提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Investigate the molecular mechanism by which the abnormal activation of the KLF5-GPNMB-STING signaling axis in glial cells mediates neuroinflammation and triggers POD formation under conditions of contributing factors to POD (open abdominal surgery, aging, LPS), providing a scientific basis for early prevention, diagnosis, and targeted therapy of POD.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.术前长期期使用阿片类药物或镇静药、抗抑郁药或抗焦虑药； 2.术前无法正常沟通交流； 3.术前简易精神状态评价量表(MMSE)测定小于26分； 4.既往30 天之内接受过麻醉或者手术；严重心功能不全； 5.严重慢性阻塞性肺疾患； 6.合并感染性疾病，术前炎性指标异常的患者； 7.合并明显的肝肾功能异常。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Long-term use of opioids, sedatives, antidepressants, or anti-anxiety drugs before surgery; 2. Inability to communicate normally before surgery; 3. Preoperative Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score less than 26; 4. Received anesthesia or surgery within the past 30 days; severe heart failure; 5. Severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 6. Patients with concomitant infectious diseases or abnormal preoperative inflammatory markers; 7. Patients with significant liver and kidney dysfunction.
