研究目的：

基于前期构建的五因素列线图模型，通过多中心双向队列研究进行外部验证与优化，最终建立一套完全基于常规临床指标、适用于基层医疗机构的急性敌草快中毒风险分层标准化工具及临床实践路径。

Objectives of Study：

Based on the previously established five-factor linear model, an external validation and optimization were conducted through a multicenter cohort study. Eventually, a set of standardized tools and clinical practice pathways for risk stratification of acute diquat poisoning, fully based on routine clinical indicators and applicable to primary medical institutions, was established.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并其他明确毒物（如百草枯、有机磷、氨基甲酸酯类等）混合中毒者；
2.合并严重基础疾病终末期：NYHA心功能IV级、Gold COPD IV级、eGFR<30 mL/min/1.73m²（CKD 4-5期）、Child-Pugh C级肝硬化、恶性肿瘤晚期等；
3.妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
4.入院后24小时内自动出院或放弃治疗，导致主要观察指标无法完整收集者；
5.临床资料严重缺失，无法完成关键变量采集者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combine those who have suffered from mixed poisoning by other definite toxins (such as paraquat, organophosphorus, carbamate, etc.); 2. Comorbid with severe underlying diseases at end-stage: NYHA cardiac function grade IV, Gold COPD grade IV, eGFR < 30 mL/min/1.73m² (CKD stage 4-5), Child-Pugh C grade liver cirrhosis, advanced malignant tumors, etc. 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Those who were discharged from the hospital automatically within 24 hours after admission or gave up treatment, resulting in incomplete collection of the main observation indicators; 5. The clinical data is severely lacking, making it impossible to collect the key variables.
