Objectives of Study：

Investigating the Efficacy and Safety of Radiofrequency Thermocoagulation for Glomus Tumors of the Fingers and Toes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.甲床严重破坏（如既往甲畸形）； 2.凝血功能障碍（血小板<50×10^9/L或INR>1.5）； 3.妊娠或哺乳期； 4.穿刺路径感染或皮肤破损； 5.不能配合手术，不能或不原因配合随访和临床疗效评估； 6.研究者认为其他不适合参加本次研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Severe damage to the nail bed (e.g., pre-existing nail deformity); 2.Coagulation dysfunction (platelet count < 50×10^9/L or INR > 1.5); 3.Pregnancy or lactation; 4.Infection or skin breakdown along the puncture path; 5.Inability to cooperate with the surgery, and inability or unwillingness to cooperate with follow-up and clinical efficacy evaluation. 6.Patients deemed by the investigator to be otherwise unsuitable for participation in this study.
