通过随机对照试验评估瑞香素胶囊治疗糖尿病下肢动脉闭塞症的临床疗效及安全性  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Rhizoma Drynariae capsules in the treatment of diabetic lower extremity arterial occlusive disease through a randomized controlled trial

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）不符合纳入标准； （2）确诊急性下肢缺血，糖尿病急性并发症，严重心血管疾病，性传播疾病，恶性肿瘤，消化性溃疡或出血疾病等可能影响研究结果的患者； （3）肝肾功能不全，或天冬氨酸转氨酶（ALT）或丙氨酸转氨酶（AST）水平超过正常范围上限的1.5倍，或肌酐水平超过正常范围上限并被认为有临床意义； （4）对瑞香素胶囊或其某些成分过敏者，符合瑞香素胶囊禁忌症者； （5）非自愿参加或不能配合完成研究者； （6）近3个月内参加其他临床试验的患者 （7）妊娠或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Does not meet the inclusion criteria; (2) Patients diagnosed with acute lower limb ischemia, acute complications of diabetes, severe cardiovascular diseases, sexually transmitted diseases, malignant tumors, peptic ulcers, or bleeding disorders that may affect the study results; (3) Patients with liver or kidney dysfunction, or with aspartate aminotransferase (ALT) or alanine aminotransferase (AST) levels exceeding 1.5 times the upper limit of normal, or creatinine levels exceeding the upper limit of normal and considered clinically significant; (4) Patients allergic to Ruixiangsu capsules or certain components thereof, or those who meet the contraindications of Ruixiangsu capsules; (5) Patients who participate involuntarily or cannot cooperate to complete the study; (6) Patients who have participated in other clinical trials within the past 3 months; (7) Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
