研究目的：

本实验的目的是分析并鉴定microRNA在体外循环后心律失常患者血浆中的差异性表达，通过目标miRNA表达的特异性，确立miRNA种类差异与体外循环后心律失常的关系，并基于此种心律失常探讨其与miRNA的关系网络。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is aimed to analyze and identify the differential expression of microRNA in plasma of patients with post-cardiopulmonary arrhythmias, and to establish the relationship between microRNA types and post-cardiopulmonary arrhythmias through the specificity of target miRNA expression, and to explore the relationship between microRNA and miRNA network based on this arrhythmia.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1）房性心律失常病史者和曾行抗心律失常治疗者，包括安置心脏起搏器者。
（2）严重心功能低下者，左室射血分数（left ventricularejection fraction，LVEF）<0.3。
（3）有其他脏器功能不全者，包括肾功能衰竭者（肌酐≥200 μmol/L）、严重的肝衰竭、慢性阻塞性肺疾病者。
（4）曾发生心脏骤停及心肺复苏者及心动过缓（<50 次/min）者。
（5）发生房颤者排除由于电解质失衡（K+<3.5 mmol/L）、高热、内环境紊乱引起的心律失常。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Persons with a history of atrial arrhythmia and who had received antiarrhythmic treatment, including pacemakers; (2) Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) was less than 0.3 in patients with severe cardiac dysfunction;
(3) Other organ dysfunction, including renal failure (creatinine (>200 micromol/L), severe liver failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease;
(4) those who had cardiac arrest and cardiopulmonary resuscitation and bradycardia (<50 times /min);
(5) Patients with atrial fibrillation were excluded from arrhythmia caused by electrolyte imbalance (K + < 3.5 mmol/L), high fever and internal environment disturbance.
