研究目的：

随机对照研究椎旁肌锻炼是否可以有效维持腰椎前凸（Lumbar Lordosis, LL），并探索最佳的椎旁肌锻炼方式，为预防腰椎退行性病变（Lumabr Degenerative Diseases, LDD）的运动处方提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore whether paraspinal muscle exercise could effectively maintain lumbar lordosis (LL), as well as to identify which type of exercise is the optimal choice, to provide a theoretical basis for exercise prescription for the prevention of lumbar degenerative diseases (LDD).

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1有先天性脊柱畸形、脊柱发育异常、脊髓型颈椎病、腰椎间盘突出等脊柱疾病； 2有肌萎缩侧索硬化症、吉兰-巴雷综合征、重症肌无力等肌肉、神经系统疾病； 3受试者在干预期间由于意外受伤或主观意愿不能完成锻炼计划； 4一般资料和影像学资料完整。

Exclusion criteria：

1 Have spinal diseases such as congenital spinal deformity, spinal dysplasia, cervical myelopathy, lumbar disc herniation, etc.; 2 Have muscle and neurological diseases such as amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, Guillain-Barré syndrome, myasthenia gravis, etc.; 3 The subject is unable to complete the exercise program due to accidental injury or subjective will during the intervention; 4 The general data and imaging data are complete.

动作开始时，身体悬挂在单杠上，双臂完全伸展，采用旋前（反手握法）。受试者随后将身体向上拉，直到下巴越过单杠顶端，然后将受控的身体放下至起始位置。受试者一周锻炼五日，每日三组，每组10次，持续8周。

The movement begins with the body suspended from the horizontal bar and the arms fully extended in pronation (backhand grip). The subject then pulls the body up until the chin goes over the top of the horizontal bar, and then lowers the controlled body to the starting position. Subjects exercised five days a week for three groups of 10 reps per day for 8 weeks.

动作开始时，俯卧在专用长凳上，脚跟固定，双手托举5公斤哑铃固定于颈后，控制髋部不离开长凳，收缩腰背部肌肉使躯干抬高至45°，然后缓慢回到起始位置。受试者一周锻炼五日，每日5组，每组15次，持续8周。

At the start of the exercise, lie face down on a specialized bench, secure your heels, and hold a 5-kilogram dumbbell behind your neck with both hands. Ensure that your hips do not move away from the bench, then contract your back and lower back muscles to raise your torso to an angle of 45°, and then slowly return to the starting position. Participants exercised five days a week, performing 5 sets of 15 repetitions each day for a total of 8 weeks.

本研究参与人员使用Excel进行随机分组，A列输入志愿者的编号或姓名。在B2单元格输入公式 =RAND()，然后双击填充柄，为60位志愿者生成随机数。选中A和B两列的所有数据。点击菜单栏 “数据”—“排序”。主要关键字选择“B列”，次序选择“升序”或“降序”。点击确定。此时，60个志愿者已经被随机打乱顺序。选取数列前20名受试者为引体向上组，其后20名为背起组，最后20名为对照组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The participants in this study were randomized using Excel, and the number or name of the volunteers was entered in column A. Enter the formula =RAND() in cell B2 and double-click the fill handle to generate a random number for 60 volunteers. Select all data in columns A and B. Click on the menu bar "Data" - "Sort". Select "Column B" for the main keyword, and select "Ascendant" or "Descending" for the order. Click OK. At this time, 60 volunteers had been randomly scrambled. The top 20 subjects in the series were selected as the pull-up group, the next 20 were in the back up group, and the last 20 were in the control group.
