探讨PRP调控NETosis微环境促进糖尿病创面再上皮化的分子机制，为靶向NETosis的精准治疗策略提供理论依据和转化方向。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the molecular mechanism by which PRP regulates the NETosis microenvironment to promote re-epithelialization of diabetic wounds, providing a theoretical basis and translational direction for precise therapeutic strategies targeting NETosis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.破坏较表浅，未伤及真皮层； 2.已造成骨质缺损、骨髓炎及骨关节破坏，部分趾发生坏疽； 3.正在参加其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Damage is relatively superficial and has not affected the dermis layer; 2.Has caused bone defects, osteomyelitis, and joint destruction, with gangrene occurring in some toes; 3.Currently participating in other clinical trials.
