研究目的：

围产期焦虑抑郁不仅会影响产妇的心理健康，还可能通过神经-内分泌-免疫网络的调控作用，对术后生理恢复产生不良影响，已有研究证实，心理因素与剖宫产患者术后疼痛及泌乳功能存在关联，但针对二次剖宫产这一特殊人群的专项研究仍较为缺乏。基于此，本研究通过分组对照的方式，分析焦虑抑郁情绪对二次剖宫产患者术后疼痛和泌乳的具体影响，旨在为临床优化围产期患者管理策略提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

Perinatal anxiety and depression not only affect the mental health of postpartum women, but may also have adverse effects on postoperative physiological recovery through the regulation of the neuroendocrine immune network. Studies have shown that psychological factors are associated with postoperative pain and lactation function in cesarean section patients, but there is still a lack of specialized research on the special population of secondary cesarean section. Based on this, this study analyzed the specific effects of anxiety and depression on postoperative pain and lactation in patients undergoing secondary cesarean section through group comparison, aiming to provide reference for optimizing perinatal patient management strategies in clinical practice.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并妊娠期高血压、糖尿病等严重并发症；
2.存在精神疾病史或认知功能障碍；
3.术前存在乳房发育异常或泌乳相关疾病；
4.术后出现严重感染、出血等并发症；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Complications of pregnancy induced hypertension, diabetes and other serious complications;
2.History of mental illness or cognitive impairment;
3.Preoperative breast developmental abnormalities or lactation related diseases;
4.Postoperative complications such as severe infection and bleeding;

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The general information of patients was obtained from medical records. The results of anxiety and depression assessments, as well as visual analog scale pain scores, required investigation. The onset time of lactation, milk secretion volume at 72 hours postpartum, and exclusive breastfeeding rates necessitated postoperative follow-up. All data were managed by designated personnel.
