研究目的：

1、以送检尿常规检测的肿瘤患者为观察对象，调查不同分期肿瘤患者CKD的GA分级特征。 2、调查尿微量白蛋白（MA）、尿转铁蛋白（TRF）、尿α1-微球蛋白（α1-MG）、尿β2-微球蛋白（β2-MG）、尿视黄醇结合蛋白（RBP）、尿IgG、尿κ轻链、尿λ轻链、尿中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白（NGAL）、尿N-乙酰-β-D-葡萄糖苷酶（NAG）10项尿液特定蛋白指标与eGFR相关性。 3、观察G分期、A分期、GA分期有无合并糖尿病、高血压等5种情形下不同指标eGFR和10种尿液蛋白与肌酐比值的变化特征。  

Objectives of Study：

1. The observation subjects were tumor patients whose urine routine tests were conducted. The characteristics of GA classification of CKD in patients with different tumor stages were investigated. 2. The correlations between 10 specific urine protein indicators (urinary microalbumin (MA), urinary transferrin (TRF), urinary α1-microglobulin (α1-MG), urinary β2-microglobulin (β2-MG), urinary retinol binding protein (RBP), urinary IgG, urinary κ light chain, urinary λ light chain, urinary neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin (NGAL), urinary N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase (NAG)) and eGFR were investigated. 3. The changes in eGFR and the ratios of 10 urine proteins to creatinine were observed under 5 different conditions: G stage, A stage, GA stage, with or without diabetes, hypertension, etc.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

肿瘤患者：临床信息缺失者。 健康人群： 1.体检者不愿参与本研究，不签署知情同意书或填写健康调查表； 2.患有糖尿病、高血压、高尿酸、尿白蛋白阳性、自身免疫病、恶性肿瘤等。

Exclusion criteria：

Tumor patients: Those with incomplete clinical information. Healthy individuals: 1. Those undergoing physical examinations refused to participate in this study, did not sign the informed consent form or fill out the health questionnaire; 2. Have diabetes, hypertension, high uric acid, positive urine albumin, autoimmune diseases, malignant tumors, etc.
