研究目的：

1.描述中国温州糖尿病视网膜病变患者的焦虑状况 2.探究社会支持、心理韧性、自我效能感、血糖控制水平（HbA1c）及年龄与温州糖尿病视网膜病变患者焦虑程度之间的关联。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To describe the anxiety among patients with diabetic retinopathy in Wenzhou, China 2. To examine the associations between social support, psychological resilience, self-efficacy, blood glucose control level (HbA1c), age and the anxiety levels of diabetic retinopathy patients in Wenzhou.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 患有因糖尿病视网膜病变导致严重视力丧失且无法交流或完成问卷调查的患者。 2. 合并严重器质性疾病者 3. 存在严重的认知功能障碍，无法进行有效沟通的语言障碍者，无法配合完成问卷者。 4. 问卷回答不完整，中途退出研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe vision loss from DR who are unable to communicate or complete questionnaires. 2. Accompanied by other serious diseases such as heart disease, lung disease, combined with other serious organ failure disease.. 3. Have serious cognitive dysfunction, language impairment cannot cooperate. 4. Incomplete questionnaire response.

原始数据将以Excel文件形式共享。自研究完成（最后一例患者入组）后1年内开始，研究者通过发送邮件至通讯作者邮箱获取数据使用协议，签署后提供。

The original data will be shared in the form of an Excel file. Starting from one year after the completion of the study (when the last patient was enrolled), the researchers will obtain the data usage agreement by sending an email to the corresponding author's email address. After signing, the data will be provided.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

所有数据收集过程将严格执行匿名化原则，确保无法通过数据直接或间接识别受试者个人身份。收集的全部资料均会进行保密处理，仅限本项目研究人员及主要指导人员在研究需要时凭权限访问。数据将以加密形式保存在机构指定的安全存储设备中。在研究结果的分析与报告阶段，所有数据均以汇总形式呈现，绝不包含任何可识别个人身份的信息。本研究所有数据仅用于既定科研目的，在研究结束后将按规定保存5年，期满后予以安全销毁。 本研究中的数据收集流程将由研究人员负责执行。数据收集的具体流程如下： 1. 在该提案获得泰国东方大学机构审查委员会的批准后，研究人员向温州医科大学附属眼视光医院负责人提交了泰国东方大学护理学院院长出具的许可函。 2. 在泰国东方大学和温州医科大学附属眼视光医院的提案及伦理审批均获得批准后，研究人员将执行数据收集流程。 3. 研究人员将会与温州医科大学附属眼视光医院的负责人取得联系，并给他们寄一封信，请求获得他们的许可以进行数据收集工作。 4. 研究人员将招募那些自愿参与此项研究的人员。 5. 将采用简单随机抽样的方法来选取参与者。研究者会在患者来到医院就诊后执行这一程序。 6. 符合入选标准并自愿参与的参与者将被邀请到一个单独的访谈室。随后，研究人员会向他们解释研究的目的、数据收集的方法、对参与者的保护措施，并邀请他们参与。之后，参与者将根据自己的意愿签署一份知情同意书。 7. 数据将通过纸质问卷的形式收集，问卷的字体会加大以适应老年患者的需求。研究人员会说明问卷中包含多少问题，并告知参与者完成整个问卷的平均时间约为 30 至 40 分钟。参与者将填写问卷，数据收集时间为周一至周五，上午 8 点至下午 5 点。如果参与者独自回答问卷有困难，研究人员将采用访谈的方式帮助参与者完成问卷的回答。 8. 完成的调查问卷将由研究人员进行收集和保存。 9. 这一过程将持续进行，直至达到样本数量为止。 10. 在收集到所有信息后，数据会被进行编码并输入到计算机中，而研究人员则会准备数据分析程序。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

All data collection processes will strictly adhere to anonymization principles to ensure that subjects' personal identities cannot be directly or indirectly identified through the data. All collected materials will undergo confidentiality processing, with access restricted to project researchers and principal investigators only when required by the study. Data will be stored in encrypted formats on institution-designated secure storage devices. During the analysis and reporting phase, all data will be presented in aggregated form, completely excluding any personally identifiable information. All data from this study will be used solely for the specified research purposes and will be retained for 5 years after the study concludes, with secure destruction upon expiration.
