研究目的：

通过前瞻性多中心可行性研究，对机器人辅助腹腔镜下腭粘膜补片输尿管成形术的可行性指标、安全性指标和初步疗效进行总结，为复杂长段上、中段输尿管狭窄的手术治疗方案提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

This prospective multicenter feasibility study aims to summarize key feasibility metrics, safety outcomes, and preliminary efficacy of robotic-assisted laparoscopic buccal mucosa graft ureteroplasty, thereby informing surgical decision-making for complex, long-segment upper- and mid-ureteral strictures.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.多处狭窄或狭窄段过长无法行自体补片输尿管成形术； 2.存在心肺肝脏功能不全失代偿、严重出血倾向的疾病、糖尿病血糖控制不稳定等麻醉或手术禁忌症的患者。 3.口腔粘膜存在疾病无法取材者，如白塞病等； 4.妊娠期妇女； 5.精神障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

1. In cases where the narrow sections are too long or there are multiple narrow areas, autologous patch ureteral reconstruction surgery cannot be performed. 2. Patients with diseases such as severe cardiac, pulmonary and liver dysfunction, uncontrolled severe bleeding tendency, unstable blood sugar control in diabetes, etc., have contraindications for anesthesia or surgery. 3. Patients with oral mucosal diseases where samples cannot be obtained, such as Behcet's disease, etc. 4. Pregnant women. 5. Patients with mental disorders.
