本研究依托豆包大语言模型构建AI干预智能体，将怀旧疗法融入对话式人工智能系统，为孤独老年人提供持续的对话交流与情感支持服务。通过数字化对话干预，旨在评估大语言模型聊天机器人在缓解孤独感、改善抑郁情绪和促进心理健康方面的效果，并比较不同怀旧引导方式的干预差异，为人工智能应用于老年心理健康促进提供实证依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study develops an AI intervention agent based on the Doubao large language model by integrating reminiscence therapy into a conversational AI system to provide continuous communication and emotional support for lonely older adults. Through a digital conversational intervention, the study aims to examine the effectiveness of large language model–based chatbots in reducing loneliness, alleviating depressive symptoms, and improving psychological well-being, while also comparing the effects of different reminiscence-guidance approaches. The findings are expected to provide empirical evidence for the application of artificial intelligence in promoting mental health among older adults.
