研究目的:

肥胖者的减重问题,仍旧是全社会高度重视的问题之一。现今,肥胖的治疗方法主要有改善生活方式(包括改善饮食质量、减少能量摄入和增加体育锻炼等)、药物及手术干预等;然而,药物、手术这两种手段一般常见于病理性肥胖者的减重治疗中,虽然二者具有起效快、效果好等特点,但是也容易存在一定的局限,如药物减重存在一定的不良反应,可能威胁机体安全; 外科手术存在一定的机体创伤。所以,最为合适、安全的减重方法仍是有效限制能量摄入,这既能保证机体每日营养需求,又能达到健康减重的目的。  

Objectives of Study:

Weight loss in individuals with obesity remains one of the issues of great concern to society. Currently, the primary strategies for obesity management include lifestyle interventions (such as improving dietary quality, reducing energy intake, and increasing physical activity), pharmacotherapy, and surgical treatment. However, pharmacotherapy and surgery are mainly used in patients with pathological obesity. Although these two approaches act rapidly and effectively, they also have certain limitations. For instance, weight-loss medications may cause adverse reactions and potentially threaten physical safety, while surgical procedures are associated with certain tissue trauma. Therefore, effective energy restriction remains the most appropriate and safe method for weight loss, as it not only meets the daily nutritional needs of the body but also achieves healthy weight reduction.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

肥胖患者 1.因疾病原因导致的肥胖(病理性肥胖); 2.患有腹泻、糖尿病、溃疡性结肠炎、克罗恩病或其他感染性疾病; 3.严重肝功异常,慢性肾脏病者; 4.妊娠期及哺乳期者; 5.合并急性传染病,严重心脑血管疾病者; 6.接受过放疗、化疗或手术; 7.治疗前四周未服用过任何抗生素、类固醇激素、中草药(包括口服、肌肉注射或静脉注射)或益生菌(包括日常生活中的酸奶); 8.资料不全或随访丢失者。 体重正常的健康人 1.因疾病原因导致的消瘦; 2.患有腹泻、糖尿病、溃疡性结肠炎、克罗恩病或其他感染性疾病; 3.严重肝功异常,慢性肾脏病者; 4.妊娠期及哺乳期者; 5.合并急性传染病,严重心脑血管疾病者; 6.接受过放疗、化疗或手术; 7.资料不全或随访丢失者。

Exclusion criteria:

Obese patients: 1. Obesity caused by disease (pathological obesity); 2. Suffering from diarrhea, diabetes, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, or other infectious diseases; 3. Severe liver dysfunction or chronic kidney disease; 4. Pregnancy or lactation; 5. Complicated with acute infectious diseases, severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases; 6. Received radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or surgery; 7. Had taken any antibiotics, steroid hormones, Chinese herbal medicine (including oral, intramuscular, or intravenous administration) or probiotics (including yoghurt in daily life) within four weeks before treatment; 8. Incomplete data or lost to follow-up. Normal weight healthy individuals: 1. Emaciation caused by disease; 2. Suffering from diarrhea, diabetes, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, or other infectious diseases; 3. Severe liver dysfunction or chronic kidney disease; 4. Pregnancy or lactation; 5. Complicated with acute infectious diseases, severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases; 6. Received radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or surgery; 7. Incomplete data or lost to follow-up.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

数据采集采用自制的纸质版病例记录表,记录参与者的基本资料、人体成分指标、生化指标及粪便样本信息。数据管理采用Excel 软件建立数据库,由两名研究人员独立录入并进行一致性核对,确保数据准确无误。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

Data were collected using self-designed paper-based Case Record Forms (CRF) to document participants' demographic information, body composition parameters, biochemical indicators, and fecal sample data. Data management was performed by establishing a database using Excel software, with two researchers independently entering the data and conducting consistency checks to ensure accuracy.
