研究目的：

1 使用近红外脑功能成像（functional near-infrared spectroscopy，fNIRS）技术比较伴与不伴混合特征抑郁症患者及健康对照组额颞叶脑区在静息态的功能连接特征以及在任务态下的激活特征。 2 使用fNIRS技术探讨抑郁症伴混合特征患者特异性脑区功能与临床症状之间的内在关联。

Objectives of Study：

1 The functional near-infrared spectroscopy ( fNIRS ) technique was used to compare the functional connectivity characteristics of the frontal and temporal lobes in the resting state and the activation characteristics in the task state between the depression patients with and without mixed characteristics and the healthy control group. 2 fNIRS technique was used to explore the intrinsic relationship between specific brain function and clinical symptoms in patients with depression and mixed characteristics.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

抑郁症患者： 1. 严重躯体疾病、痴呆、精神发育迟滞、癫痫； 2. 共病其他精神障碍，如器质性精神障碍、使用精神活性物质所致精神障碍、精神分裂症等； 3. 哺乳、妊娠期妇女； 4. 存在视觉或听觉障碍。健康对照组： 1. 严重躯体疾病、痴呆、癫痫； 2. 既往和目前确诊过精神障碍者，精神疾病家族史阳性； 3. 哺乳、妊娠期女性； 4. 存在视觉或听觉障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with depression : 1. Severe physical diseases, dementia, mental retardation, epilepsy; 2. Comorbidity with other mental disorders, such as organic mental disorders, mental disorders caused by the use of psychoactive substances, schizophrenia; 3. Lactating and pregnant women; 4. Visual or auditory impairment. Healthy control group : 1. severe physical disease, dementia, epilepsy; 2. patients with previous and current diagnosis of mental disorders, positive family history of mental illness; 3. Lactating and pregnant women; 4. Visual or auditory impairment.
