构建中青年糖尿病前期患者健康教育的干预方案，验证其对糖尿病前期患者自我管理提升的有效性和可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

To construct a health education intervention plan for young and middle-aged patients with prediabetes, and verify its effectiveness and feasibility in improving the self-management ability of patients with prediabetes.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.诊断为其他类型的糖尿病患者； 2.使用可能会影响糖代谢药物或影响体重药物的患者； 3.合并严重精神病史或神经系统疾病； 4.合并器质性严重病变或伴有恶性肿瘤病史； 5.存在沟通障碍者、意识障碍或不能配合完成干预的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients diagnosed with other types of diabetes; 2. Patients using drugs that may affect glucose metabolism or those that influence body weight; 3. Those with a history of severe mental illness or neurological disorders; 4. Those with severe organic lesions or a history of malignant tumors; 5. Patients with communication disorders, consciousness disorders, or those who cannot cooperate to complete the intervention.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

由非参与临床干预与数据收集的统计人员，使用SPSS软件，生成随机分配序列，由经验丰富的临床护士参照纳入排除标准在糖尿病前期患者在门诊或者病房时进行评估并确定研究对象，符合入组标准且愿意参与本研究的参与者1：1分配到干预组和对照组。

A random allocation sequence was generated using SPSS software by statisticians who did not participate in clinical intervention or data collection.Eligible participants were assessed and identified by experienced clinical nurses according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria when prediabetic patients attended the outpatient clinic or ward.Participants who met the inclusion criteria and agreed to participate in the study were randomly assigned to the intervention group and the control group at a 1:1 ratio.

The data for this study was obtained by extracting the routine clinical diagnosis and treatment records of the enrolled subjects and conducting questionnaire surveys. The researchers were required to fill out the electronic case report form (eCRF) and/or record sheets of the study based on the information inputted in the patients' medical records throughout the monitoring period.
