研究目的：

探究单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的防治和机制，对单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎危重需要进行角膜移植的患者术中所取下的病变角膜进行分子生物学实验。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the prevention, treatment and mechanism of herpes simplex keratitis, molecular biology experiments were performed on the diseased corneas obtained intraoperatively from critically ill patients with herpes simplex keratitis who require corneal transplantation.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

一、病例记录表（CRF）填写框架（HSK 研究专用） 模块 具体填写内容 1. 患者基本信息 姓名缩写、性别、年龄、联系方式、入组时间、HSK 首次确诊时间 2. HSK 临床诊疗信息 病情分级（轻 / 中 / 重）、感染亚型（HSV-1/HSV-2）、既往治疗方案（用药 / 手术史） 3. 手术及病变角膜样本信息 角膜移植手术日期、术中病变角膜采集时间、样本保存方式（如 - 80℃冻存）、样本编号 4. 实验室关联信息 病变角膜对应的分子生物学实验项目（如基因检测、蛋白定量）、实验编号 5. 随访信息 术后角膜愈合情况、HSK 复发情况（随访时间点：术后 1 周 / 1 月 / 3 月） 二、电子数据采集系统（EDC）操作框架 平台选择：采用临床研究专用 EDC 平台（如 Medidata Rave 或国内自研临床数据系统） 录入流程： 手术护士：术后 24h 内录入 “手术及病变角膜样本信息” 实验室人员：实验完成后 72h 内关联录入 “实验室关联信息” 质控措施： 双人录入校验（临床数据 + 实验数据分别双人核对） 系统逻辑校验（如 “样本编号” 与 “实验编号” 匹配性检测） 数据管理：研究结束后 7 天内完成数据锁定，导出标准化数据集用于分析
