研究目的：

探究基于休闲的诗歌写作项目在精神科住院患者中的可行性，评估该项目对改善患者心理福祉的效果，并调查患者完成两节诗歌写作项目的比率。  

Objectives of Study：

Investigate the feasibility of a leisure-based poetry writing program for psychiatric inpatients; assess the impact of the program on improving the mental wellbeing of psychiatric inpatients; Investigate the completion rate of 2-session poetry writing program amongst inpatients.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 共病智力障碍（中度或以上）、自闭症谱系障碍（需要非常高强度的支持） 2. 在最近28天内，经护理全球自杀风险评估量表评估存在当前或近期的自杀风险 3. 计划在28天内出院 4. 不愿意参与或签署知情同意书

Exclusion criteria：

1. Comorbidity with intellectual disability (moderate or above), autism spectrum disorder (requiring very substantial support) 2. Active or recent suicidal risk assessed by Nursing Global Suicidal Assessment Rating within recent 28 days 3. Planned discharge within 28 days 4. Unwilling to participate or give consent

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据通过问卷收集，时间点为 T1（第1天，项目开始前）和 T2（第21天，项目结束后第7天）。 主要研究者将获取参与者的数据，包括：人口学数据、精神科诊断、前测与后测评估结果。 主要研究者会将这些数据输入到一个受密码保护的 Excel 文件中（下称“Excel 文件”），每个参与者将被分配一个案例编号，而非使用其身份识别信息。 数据转移至 Excel 文件后，包含参与者身份识别信息的前测与后测评估纸质表格将被粉碎并丢弃，以消除所有身份识别信息。 包含匿名化研究数据的 Excel 文件将受密码保护，并保存在一个加密的 USB 闪存盘中，该闪存盘将存放于主要研究者办公室内的上锁文件柜中。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collected by a questionnaire, at time point of T1(Day1, the before program started) and T2 (Day 21, the 7th day after the program). The Principal Investigator will access the data of the participants including: demography data, psychiatric diagnosis, result of pre and post assessment. PI will enter these data into a password-protected Excel file (The Excel file), which the participants will be assigned a case number instead of their identifier. Once the data is transferred to the Excel file, the hard copies of pre and post assessment forms containing patient identifiers will be shredded and discarded, eliminating all identifiers. The Excel file with anonymized research data will be password-protected and saved on an encrypted USB, which will be stored in a locked cabinet in the PI’s office.
