主要目的 评估示踪用盐酸米托蒽醌注射液在无充气经锁骨下入路腔镜甲状腺癌手术右侧喉返神经深面淋巴结清扫中的应用价值（右侧喉返神经深面淋巴结清扫的数目，检出率及淋巴结肿瘤转移数目和转移率） 次要目的 --所有中央区淋巴结清扫的数量，肿瘤转移的数量 --淋巴结示踪率 --右侧喉返神经损伤率 --甲状旁腺误切的比例，暂时性及永久性甲状旁腺功能减退的发生率 --手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、住院天数  

Objectives of Study：

Primary ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical value of mitoxantrone hydrochloride injection as a lymphatic tracer in the dissection of lymph nodes deep to the right recurrent laryngeal nerve during gasless trans-subclavian endoscopic thyroidectomy for thyroid cancer, including the number of lymph nodes dissected, identification rate, number of metastatic lymph nodes, and metastasis rate.Secondary Objectives•Total number of central compartment lymph nodes dissected and number of metastatic lymph nodes•Lymph node identification rate•Right recurrent laryngeal nerve (RLN) injury rate•Rate of inadvertent parathyroidectomy and the incidence of transient and permanent hypoparathyroidism•Operative time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative drainage volume, and length of hospital stay

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）孕产期或哺乳期女性 2）术前存在甲状旁腺功能异常者 3）合并远处转移者 4）预计生存期小于 6 个月 5）有甲状腺癌以外的其他恶性肿瘤病史者 6）除文盲以外的弱势群体，包括精神疾病者、认知损伤者、危重患者、孕妇等

Exclusion criteria：

1) Pregnant or lactating women 2) Patients with preoperative abnormal parathyroid function 3) Patients with distant metastasis 4) The expected survival time is less than 6 months 5) Patients with a history of malignant tumors other than thyroid cancer 6) Vulnerable groups other than illiterates, including people with mental illness, cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, and pregnant women

Postoperative serum calcium and parathyroid hormone (PTH) levels were measured on postoperative day 1. Hypocalcemia was defined as a serum calcium level below the lower limit of the normal range, and hypoparathyroidism was defined as a PTH level below the lower limit of the normal range. Serum calcium and PTH levels were re-evaluated 6 months after surgery; persistent PTH levels below the normal range were defined as permanent hypoparathyroidism.
