研究目的：

主要目的：评价精细化护理联合靶向护理对主动脉夹层患者的生理健康相关生活质量影响。 次要目的：评价精细化护理联合靶向护理对主动脉夹层患者的术后并发症、心理、疼痛、睡眠、血压和再次入院的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Main objective: To evaluate the impact of refined nursing combined with targeted nursing on the physiological health-related quality of life of patients with aortic dissection. Secondary objectives: To assess the effects of refined nursing combined with targeted nursing on postoperative complications, psychology, pain, sleep, blood pressure, and readmission rates of patients with aortic dissection.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.伴有影响结局指标评价和随访的严重的躯体疾病，例如严重心血管疾病、肾脏疾病、肝脏疾病、内分泌疾病、肿瘤晚期、或血液疾病；
2.存在严重的认知障碍（如痴呆）；
3.存在严重的精神疾病（如精神分裂症、双相情感障碍）；
4.参与其他临床试验者；
5.经研究者判断认为不适合参与本试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Suffer from severe physical diseases that affect the evaluation of outcome indicators and follow-up, such as severe cardiovascular diseases, renal diseases, hepatic diseases, endocrine diseases, advanced malignant tumors, or hematological diseases.
2.Present with severe cognitive impairment (e.g., dementia);
3.Present with severe mental illnesses (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder);
4.Participants involved in other clinical trials;
5.Patients judged by the investigators as unsuitable for enrollment in this trial;
