研究目的：

主要研究目的：评估基于Swanson关怀理论的健康教育方案，对提升胰腺癌术后患者家庭主要照顾者照顾能力的效果次要研究目的：评估干预方案对照顾者心理状态及负担感的影响：比较两组照顾者在焦虑抑郁水平（采用HADS量表）和主观照顾负担（采用Zarit照顾者负担量表）上的差异。评估干预方案对患者结局的间接影响：比较两组患者在生活质量（采用EORTC QLQ-C30量表）以及术后30天与90天再入院率上的差异。

Objectives of Study：

Primary research objective: To assess the effect of a health education program based on Swanson's Theory of Caring on improving the comprehensive caregiving abilities of primary family caregivers of postoperative pancreatic cancer patients. Secondary research objectives: To evaluate the impact of the intervention program on caregivers' psychological status and sense of burden: Compare the differences between the two groups of caregivers in anxiety and depression levels (using the HADS scale) and subjective caregiving burden (using the Zarit Caregiver Burden Scale). To assess the indirect impact of the intervention program on patient outcomes: Compare the differences between the two groups of patients in quality of life (using the EORTC QLQ-C30 scale) and 30-day and 90-day readmission rates after surgery.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、领取报酬的护工或机构护理人员； 2、临时或轮换照顾者； 3、未成年人； 4、患有严重躯体疾病或精神障碍； 5、近期遭受其他重大应激事件； 6、计划短期内无法持续照顾者； 7、无法完成研究随访； 8、预计患者生存期<3个月者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Caregivers or institutional care staff who receive payment; 2. Temporary or rotating caregivers; 3. Minors; 4. Individuals with severe physical illnesses or mental disorders; 5. Those who have recently experienced other major stressful events; 6. Individuals who are unable to provide continuous care in the short term; 7. Those unable to complete research follow-ups; 8. Patients with an expected survival of less than 3 months.

研究者采用单盲、双臂、随机对照的研究方法，将所有入选患者从1到96编号，然后在随机数字表中从任意数字开始依次选取96个随机数字，沿同一顺序方向获取每个病历对应的随机数字，然后除以2，余数为1的分到对照组，若整除分到干预组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Using a single-blind, two-arm, randomized controlled study design, all enrolled patients were numbered from 1 to 96. Then, starting from any number in a random number table, 96 random numbers were sequentially selected in order. Each medical record was assigned a corresponding random number in the same order. The number was then divided by 2: if the remainder was 1, the patient was assigned to the control group; if divisible, they were assigned to the intervention group.

盲法：

本研究对统计分析者和数据收集者设盲，通过SPSS软件设置盲底，对盲底文件设置密码并由专人负责保存。盲底由两个盲代码组成，第一个盲代码由字母A或B组成，第二个盲代码描述A或B的真正意义（即说明A或B分别代表干预组或对照组）。试验结束后，按研究对象编码将数据录入数据库，数据核对无误后，关闭数据库。进行第一次揭盲，由随机序列保管者将受试者的分组代码A或B交给统计分析者；第二次揭盲是在完成数据分析后，由随机序列保管者公布A或B代表干预组或对照组。

Blinding：

This study implements blinding for statisticians and data collectors by setting up a blinded code in SPSS software, with passwords set for the blind files and managed by designated personnel. The blind consists of two blind codes: the first code comprises the letters A or B, and the second code indicates the actual meaning of A or B (i.e., whether A or B represents the intervention group or the control group). After the trial is completed, data are entered into the database according to subject codes, and once verified to be accurate, the database is locked. The first unblinding is done when the keeper of the random sequence provides the subject group code A or B to the statistician; the second unblinding occurs after data analysis is completed, when the keeper of the random sequence discloses whether A or B represents the intervention group or the control group.
