研究目的：

明确TL1A在结直肠癌组织与正常肠道黏膜中的表达差异，揭示TL1A表达水平与结直肠癌患者临床及病理特征（如肿瘤分期、浸润深度、淋巴结转移等）之间的关系，评估TL1A作为结直肠癌潜在生物标志物的临床价值，为结直肠癌的早期诊断、预后评估及靶向治疗提供新的理论依据和研究方向。  

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the differential expression of TL1A in colorectal cancer tissues and normal intestinal mucosa, to reveal the relationship between TL1A expression levels and the clinical and pathological characteristics of colorectal cancer patients (such as tumor stage, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis, etc.), to evaluate the clinical value of TL1A as a potential biomarker for colorectal cancer, and to provide a new theoretical basis and research direction for the early diagnosis, prognostic assessment, and targeted therapy of colorectal cancer.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.健康人群未行全结肠镜检查，即内镜未到达回盲部。
2.有合并其他肿瘤、血液病、严重肝肾功能不全以及严重疾病或基础疾病较多等的患者。
3.经放化疗治疗或在近期的3个月内参加临床试验者。
4.由其他原因引起的精神障碍者。
5.患者信息和临床资料不全、数据不完整及失联患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.A complete colonoscopy was not performed on the healthy subjects, with the endoscope not reaching the ileocecal region.
2.Patients with other concurrent tumors, hematological diseases, severe hepatic or renal insufficiency, severe diseases, or multiple underlying diseases.
3.Patients who have received radiotherapy or chemotherapy, or have participated in clinical trials in the past 3 months.
4.Patients with mental disorders caused by other reasons.
5.Patients with incomplete personal information or clinical data, incomplete data, and those lost to follow-up.
