研究目的：

本研究旨在通过随机对照试验，比较基于中医“体质学说”的辨质施膳护理与医院常规饮食护理对气虚质糖尿病视网膜病变患者应用效果的影响，验证基于中医“体质学说”的辨质施膳护理方案，能够更有效的改善气虚质糖尿病视网膜病变患者气虚体质及血糖情况，为气虚质DR患者的专属调质控糖干预提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to compare the effects of diet-nursing based on syndrome differentiation in accordance with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine constitution and routine hospital dietary nursing on patients with qi-deficiency diabetic retinopathy through randomized controlled trials, and verify that the diet-nursing program based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine constitution can more effectively improve the qi-deficiency constitution and blood glucose status of patients with qi-deficiency diabetic retinopathy, so as to provide evidence for exclusive conditioning and blood glucose control interventions for patients with qi-deficiency DR.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.排除I型糖尿病； 2.合并青光眼、白内障等其他严重眼部疾病患者； 3.合并严重心肝肾疾病、恶性肿瘤、精神疾病患者； 4.干预期间因突发严重并发症或急需手术(激光\治疗\玻璃体切除)须中断本调查研究的患者； 5.对本研究推荐的食物过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Exclude patients with type I diabetes; 2. Exclude patients with other severe ocular diseases such as glaucoma and cataracts; 3. Exclude patients with severe heart, liver, kidney diseases, malignant tumors, or mental disorders; 4. Exclude patients who need to interrupt this research due to sudden serious complications or urgent surgery (laser treatment, therapy, vitrectomy) during the intervention period; 5. Exclude patients who are allergic to the recommended foods in this study.

实施常规糖尿病饮食（控制总热量、合理分配营养素：碳水45%-60%、蛋白质15%-20%、脂肪20%-35%，规律进餐）+常规护理（健康教育、血糖监测、运动指导、每周电话随访、线下复查）。

本研究采用方便抽样，依据纳排标准选取样本，依据患者入组先后进行编号(1-140)，采用Exce1软件进行研究对象的随机分组，通过Excel中的随机函数RAND生成的随机数，随机数字为 1-70 的患者为干预组，71-140 的患者分到对照组，干预组实施辨质施膳+常规护理，对照组实施常规糖尿病饮食+常规护理。

This study adopted convenient sampling. The samples were selected based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The patients were numbered (1-140) according to their admission sequence. The research subjects were randomly grouped using Excel software. The random numbers generated by the random function in Excel (RAND) were used to determine the patients. Patients with random numbers ranging from 1 to 70 were assigned to the intervention group, while patients with random numbers from 71 to 140 were assigned to the control group. The intervention group received dietary therapy based on quality assessment and routine care, while the control group received routine diabetic diet and routine care.
