发现与无效再通、全因死亡密切相关的口腔菌群、肠道菌群、血栓菌群。  

Objectives of Study：

Oral flora, intestinal flora, and thrombus flora closely related to ineffective recanalization and all-cause mortality were discovered.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）大脑前动脉闭塞； （2）大脑后动脉闭塞； （3）术后即刻考虑患者下肢存在深静脉血栓； （4）患者不能配合完成患肢踝泵运动； （5）内科情况不稳定； （6）随访资料不完整。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Anterior cerebral artery occlusion; (2) Posterior cerebral artery occlusion; (3) Deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremity was considered immediately after operation; (4) The patient could not cooperate to complete the ankle pump exercise of the affected limb; (5) Unstable internal medicine; (6) Incomplete follow-up data.
