研究目的：

推测视频终端蓝光与视频终端干眼发病之间的关联点，明确蓝光在干眼发病中的作用，以期预防干眼症发病。  

Objectives of Study：

The correlation between blue light of video display terminal and dry eye disease of video display terminal syndrome was speculated, ,in order to prevent dry eye disease, the function of blue light in dry eye disease was confirmed.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.确诊为干眼或睑板腺功能障碍；
2.每天使用视屏终端大于8h；
3.入组前6个月内接受过眼部手术或眼睑手术
4.曾受到眼表外伤或曾接受角膜屈光手术；
5.有眼睑、皮肤炎性反应，如前部睑缘炎、特应性皮炎、脂溢性皮炎、酒渣鼻等；
6.全身疾病如糖尿病或风湿免疫病，干燥综合征等；
7.3h 内使用人工泪液，3 天内佩戴软性角膜接触镜，1 周内使用滴眼液；3 个月内佩戴RGP；
8.有青光眼或幽闭恐惧症不能适应相对较暗且封闭环境；
9.孕期，哺乳期患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Diagnosed as meibomian gland dysfunction or dry eye;
2. Use the video terminal for more than 8 hours a day;
3. Received eye surgery or eyelid surgery within 6 months prior to enrollment;
4. Have suffered ocular surface trauma, or had corneal refractive surgery;
5. Inflammation of the skin or eye lid .eg. Anterior blepharitis, atopic dermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis , rosacea, etc.;
6. Systemic diseases such as diabetes or rheumatoid immune disease, sjogren's syndrome, etc.;
7. Use artificial tears 3 hours before experiment,use soft corneal contact lens 3 day before experiment,use eye drops 3 weeks before experiment, use RGP 3 months before experiment;
8. Have glaucoma or claustrophobia that cannot cope with a relatively dark and enclosed environment;
8. Pregnancy and nursing.
