研究目的：

本研究旨在基于 AECOPD 患者连续生理参数及病情动态变化，回顾性分析并量化不同呼吸支持方式的适用边界与切换路径特征，探索形成可解释的呼吸支持序贯决策分析框架，以降低治疗失败及插管相关不良结局，并为临床流程优化提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to retrospectively analyze and quantify the applicable boundaries and switching path characteristics of different respiratory support methods based on the continuous physiological parameters and dynamic changes of condition in AECOPD patients, and to explore the formation of an interpretable respiratory support sequential decision analysis framework, in order to reduce treatment failure and intubation-related adverse outcomes, and to provide reference for clinical process optimization.
