研究目的：

主要探讨术中低体温对合并TBI患者的院内死亡率及术后并发症发生率的影响 。 通过分析低体温对TBI患者术后的院内死亡率及术后并发症的影响，指导TBI患者围术期体温管理，改善患者预后（如减少并发症的发生）。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the impact of intraoperative hypothermia on in-hospital mortality and the incidence of postoperative complications in patients with traumatic brain injury (TBI). By analyzing the effects of hypothermia on these clinical outcomes, we seek to provide evidence-based guidance for perioperative temperature management in TBI patients, ultimately improving patient prognosis through the reduction of complications.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.术中死亡的患者; 2.非急性创伤性脑损伤; 3.资料缺失＞20%的数据; 4.年龄＜18岁; 5.转院的患者（包括外院治疗病情加重转入，转外院继续治疗）; 6.术中体温大于等于37.5摄氏度.

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who died during surgery; 2. Non-acute traumatic brain injury; 3. Data missing >20%; 4. Age <18 years; 5. Transferred patients (including cases transferred from other hospitals due to worsening condition, and transferred to other hospitals for continued treatment); 6. Intraoperative body temperature greater than or equal to 37.5°C.
