研究目的：

通过超声监测GDM孕妇胎儿大脑外侧裂等神经结构变化，评估胎儿神经系统发育情况，可以指导临床及早干预，降低妊娠并发症、提高母儿围生期安全。  

Objectives of Study：

Ultrasound monitoring of changes in fetal neuroanatomical structures, such as the lateral sulcus, in pregnancies complicated by gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) can be used to assess fetal neurodevelopment. This approach may help guide early clinical intervention, reduce pregnancy-related complications, and improve maternal and perinatal outcomes.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

病例组与对照组共同排除标准: 1.胎儿结构异常； 2.遗传学结果异常； 3.孕妇存在影响胎儿神经系统发育的高危因素,如高血压、甲状腺功能异常等； 4.宫内感染； 5.无法配合完成产前超声检查者； 6.超声图像质量差者。 对照组独立排除标准：产后随访，新生儿的出生体重小于2.5kg，新生儿5min Apgar评分<=7分。

Exclusion criteria：

Common exclusion criteria for both the case group and the control group: 1. Fetal structural abnormalities; 2. Abnormal genetic results; 3. Pregnant women having high-risk factors that affect fetal nervous system development, such as hypertension, thyroid dysfunction, etc.; 4. Intrauterine infection; 5. Those who cannot cooperate to complete prenatal ultrasound examinations; 6. Those with poor ultrasound image quality. Independent exclusion criteria for the control group: Postnatal follow-up, the birth weight of the newborn is less than 2.5 kg, and the 5-minute Apgar score of the newborn is <= 7 points.
