研究目的：

本研究旨在构建风险预测 — 因果效应 — 决策效用一体化的儿童中枢性性早熟临床决策支持框架，最终实现性早熟个体化精准治疗；通过构建并临床锚定含分性别最小重要差异的复合工具，开发并完成核心版、扩展版动态预测模型的多维度验证，依托边际结构模型、逆概率处理加权结合目标试验模拟评估不同生长激素治疗策略的个体化效应，开展初步成本 - 效用分析，最终将成果转化为在线计算器与风险 - 获益地图，为性早熟临床个体化诊疗提供科学依据与实用工具。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to establish an integrated clinical decision support framework of risk prediction-causal effect-decision utility for central precocious puberty (CPP) in children and ultimately achieve individualized precise treatment of CPP. Specifically, we will construct and clinically anchor the BRPI incorporating gender-specific minimal important difference (MID), develop and conduct multi-dimensional validation (internal, temporal and external validation) on the core and extended versions of dynamic prediction models, evaluate the individualized therapeutic effects of different gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist (GnRHa) strategies based on marginal structural models (MSM), inverse probability of treatment weighting (IPTW) and the target trial emulation framework, perform a preliminary cost-utility analysis, and finally translate the research findings into an online calculator and a risk-benefit map, so as to provide scientific evidence and practical tools for the individualized diagnosis and treatment of CPP in clinical practice.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.中枢器质性病变导致的CPP；
2.外周性性早熟；
3.单纯乳房早发育；
4.影响生长的重大遗传/代谢/慢性疾病；
5.既往参加干预性试验且可能影响结局者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.CPP caused by central organic lesions;
2.Peripheral precocious puberty;
3.Isolated premature thelarche;
4.Major genetic/metabolic/chronic diseases affecting growth;
5.Those who have participated in interventional trials in the past and may affect the outcomes.
