研究目的：

1. 构建一套结构化的管理组织与流程。 成立血糖管理快速响应团队，并建立与之匹配的、基于信息化警报触发的标准化干预与反馈流程。 2. 科学评价该优化模式的应用实效。 采用高级别循证医学研究方法，量化评估该模式对患者血糖关键指标（以TIR为核心）、患者安全及医疗效率的影响。 3. 探索并验证信息化工具与医疗质量管理深度融合的路径。 旨在形成一套可复制、可推广的“技术+管理”双轮驱动的全院血糖管理新模式，为同行提供借鉴。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Build a structured management organization and process. Establish a rapid response team for blood glucose management, and create standardized intervention and feedback processes that match it, triggered by information-based alerts. 2. Scientifically evaluate the effectiveness of this optimized model. Use high-level evidence-based medical research methods to quantitatively assess the impact of this model on key patient blood glucose indicators (with TIR as the core), patient safety, and medical efficiency. 3. Explore and validate pathways for the deep integration of information technology tools and medical quality management. The aim is to form a replicable and scalable new hospital-wide blood glucose management model driven by both "technology and management," providing a reference for peers.
