研究目的：

通过全国多中心队列研究，明确我国老年 HIV 感染者主要非艾滋相关疾病的临床预后特征及预警模型;研究 HIV 病毒储存库及免疫炎症在老年 HIV 感染者非艾滋相关疾病中的致病作用和预测意义。

Objectives of Study：

Through a nationwide multicenter cohort study, to delineate the clinical prognostic characteristics and early warning models of major non-AIDS-related diseases in elderly people with HIV (PWH) in China; to investigate the pathogenic roles and predictive significance of HIV viral reservoirs and immune-inflammatory responses in non-AIDS-related diseases among elderly PWH; in order to establish a comprehensive management strategy for the whole-course care of elderly PWH based on clinical research findings.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.基线及既往随访资料严重缺失者; 2.研究开始时评估预期生存期<3 个月者， 3.无法配合研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with severe lack of baseline and previous follow-up data; 2. Those whose estimated survival period at the beginning of the study was less than 3 months; 3. Those who could not cooperate with the researchers.
