通过回顾性观察分析，评估心外科手术患者术前内皮应激指数水平与术后出血事件的相关性，探讨其作为术后出血预测生物标志物的可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

To retrospectively investigate the association between preoperative endothelial stress index (ESI) levels and postoperative bleeding events in patients undergoing cardiac surgery, and to assess its feasibility as a predictive biomarker for postoperative bleeding complications.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）介入手术、心脏移植手术。 2) 术前已知患有严重凝血功能障碍（如血友病）、活动性出血或近期（<1 个 月）使用过抗凝药物（研究允许的围术期抗血小板药物除外）。 3) 临床资料严重缺失，无法评估主要结局。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Interventional procedures or cardiac transplantation. 2. Preoperatively known severe coagulation disorders (e.g., hemophilia), active bleeding, or recent (< 1 month) use of anticoagulant drugs (except for perioperative antiplatelet agents permitted in the study). 3. Severe missing clinical data, making evaluation of primary outcomes impossible.
