Objectives of Study：

To construct a digital health-based patient decision aids tool for hospice care decision-making among patients with advanced cancer, and to evaluate its effectiveness.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

若患者和家属任何一方出现以下情况，则排除： 1.存在认知障碍(简易心智状态问卷调查表（SPMSQ≥3分))； 2.沟通交流障碍； 3.既往或现患精神疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria for patients and family members: 1.Cognitive impairment (SPMSQ score >= 3 points); 2.With communication disorder; 3.With a history of mental illness.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集和管理将遵循严格的隐私保护协议，利用自行设置的数据记录表进行采集，确保所有参与者信息的安全和保密性，同时采用电子数据据管理系统进行存储。
