研究目的：

本研究设计为一项自身前后对照研究，旨在探索穿戴式无创经皮胫神经电刺激治疗儿童膀胱过度活动症（POAB）的有效性和安全性，为临床治疗提供新的方法和依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is designed as a self-controlled before-and-after study, aiming to explore the efficacy and safety of wearable non-invasive transcutaneous tibial nerve stimulation (TTNS) for treating pediatric overactive bladder (POAB), providing new methods and evidence for clinical treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在其他器质性或精神性疾病等严重影响健康及与医生合作及的受试者； 2.继发性膀胱过度活动症； 3.排除治疗前存在高血压、体液及电解质紊乱等的受试者； 4.佩带起搏器或植人式除颤器的受试者； 5.1个月内参加过或正在参加其他临床试验的受试者； 6.依从性差，不能够坚持完成治疗周期的受试者； 7.研究者判断不适宜参加临床试验的受试者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Subjects with other organic or psychiatric diseases that severely affect health and cooperation with doctor;
2.Secondary overactive bladder;
3.Subjects with hypertension, fluid or electrolyte imbalances before treatment, and those who should be excluded;
4.Subjects with a pacemaker or implanted defibrillator;
5.Subjects who have participated in or are currently participating in other clinical trials within the past month;
6.Subjects with poor compliance who cannot complete the treatment cycle;
7.Subjects judged by the investigator to be unsuitable for participation in the clinical trial;
