参照《原发性肝癌诊疗指南（2024 年版）》规范进行诊断为肝癌；2.血清总胆红素（total bilirubin，TBil）＞34.2 μmol/L，伴临床可见黄疸（巩膜、皮肤、黏膜和或体液黄染）。  

Target disease：

The diagnosis of liver cancer was made in accordance with the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of primary liver cancer (2024 edition); 2. Serum total bilirubin (TBil) > 34.2 μmol/L , accompanied by clinically observable jaundice (yellowing of the sclera, skin, mucous membranes and/or body fluids).

1.探讨肝癌合并梗阻性黄疸患者在患病过程中的身体意象体验，并分析其产生的原因； 2.通过质性研究方法，深入理解患者对身体意象的感知、情感反应及行为适应过程。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Explore the body image experience of patients with liver cancer complicated with obstructive jaundice during the course of the disease, and analyze the causes of its occurrence.2. Through qualitative research methods, deeply understand the patients' perception of body image, emotional responses, and behavioral adaptation processes.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在严重认知障碍或精神疾病，无法进行有效沟通；
2.病情危重或不稳定，无法耐受访谈，经研究者判断认为不适合参与本研究；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Having severe cognitive impairments or mental illnesses, making it impossible to communicate effectively.
2.The condition is critical or unstable, and the patient is unable to tolerate the interview. Based on the researcher's assessment, the patient is deemed unsuitable to participate in this study.
