研究目的：

本研究拟以宫腔粘连手术的患者为研究对象，随机分组，PRP作为治疗组与放置球囊支架以及雌激素周期治疗的常规治疗组比较，观察内膜修复再生的临床和生物学效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the clinical and biological effects of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) in endometrial repair and regeneration after hysterscopic adhesiolysis by compared with the conventional balloon stents and estrogen therapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1） 既往有过宫腔粘连手术史
2） 既往有宫腔结核病史或现患结核药物治疗的患者
3） 内膜病变性质不确定的患者（如子宫内膜不典型增生和癌变等）
4） 存在急性生殖道感染
5） 合并生殖道畸形
6） 存在严重的肝肾功能不全：ALT>80U/L, Cr.>100μmol/L
7） 存在血栓病史或血栓的高危因素，如APS（+）不适合使用大剂量雌激素的患者。
8） 血小板<80×109/L

Exclusion criteria：

1) Previous operation history for intrauterine adhesion;
2) patients who have a previous history of uterine tuberculosis or are currently on drug treatment for tuberculosis;
3) patients with uncertain nature of endometrial lesions (such as endometrial dysplasia and carcinogenesis);
4) acute genital tract infection;
5) genital tract malformation;
6) severe hepatic and renal insufficiency: ALT>80U/L, Cr.>100 mol/L;
7) patients with a history of thrombosis or risk factors for thrombosis, such as APS (+), are not suitable for patients with high dose of estrogen;
8) platelet <80 x 10^9/L.
