研究目的：

本研究旨在通过前瞻性临床研究，验证智慧化闭合复位导航系统在提升四肢骨折手术精准度及微创效能中的优势，为四肢骨折治疗的精准化、高效化发展提供可靠的临床证据支持。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to verify the advantages of the intelligent closed reduction navigation system in improving the accuracy and minimally invasive efficacy of limb fracture surgery through a prospective clinical study, and to provide reliable clinical evidence support for the precision and efficiency of limb fracture treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.病理性骨折； 2.手术区域或全身存在活动性感染； 3.合并血管神经损伤需优先处理； 4.未控制的系统性疾病（如未控制的高血压、糖尿病（HbA1c > 8%）、凝血功能障碍（INR > 1.4 或血小板 < 100×10⁹/L））； 5.患有精神类疾病，无法配合手术或随访。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pathological fracture; 2. Active infection in the surgical area or systemic infection; 3. Combined vascular and nerve injury requiring priority treatment; 4. Uncontrolled systemic diseases (such as uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes with HbA1c > 8%, coagulation disorders with INR > 1.4 or platelets < 100×10⁹/L); 5. Mental illness that prevents cooperation with surgery or follow-up.
